Before placing an order we strongly advise customers to check compatibility and specifications of products before ordering. We do our best to provide as much accurate information as possible, however, reviewing specific details on the manufactures’ site may provide you with extra reassurance.
You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 10 days following the day you receive the goods. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the order.
Returning your order
The item returned must be in its original packaging with the seal still intact.
Original proof of purchase must be returned along with any free gifts supplied.
Returned goods that do not meet the above requirements will either non-returnable or will be subject to a handling & restocking fee. This will be a minimum of £10 and a maximum of 10%, subject to examination.
We do not refund carriage costs. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for returning the goods to Vapour Station, at your own expense.
Returning Used Items
All our used stock purchased via our website is covered by our 10 day approval period. This allows you to test the item and see if it suits your needs and meets your expectations. During this time, please take care of the item as should you want to make a return then the condition must not have been affected.
If within this 10 day period you find yourself unhappy with the item then just return it to us with the original receipt and cover letter as to why it is coming back and we will be happy to refund.
Postage costs for returns will not be refunded. The sender takes responsibility for the packaging and delivery process.
Faulty or Incorrect goods
Should you receive an item that is faulty or has been incorrectly described then please contact us via Email: [email protected]
When contacting us please provide the following:
- Order Number
- Description of the fault
Attaching images to your email will aid us in providing you with the correct support.
Once a member of our team has reviewed your case they will contact you with the options available.
If the goods are found to be faulty or not as described then we will refund your shipping costs up to the value we advise by email.
